Marianne Clark is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in regulatory compliance and counsel roles. Currently serving as Counsel at AssetMark since October 2020, Marianne previously held the positions of Director of Regulatory Compliance and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Mellon Capital from December 2016 to December 2018. Prior to that, Marianne accumulated over 18 years of experience at RS Investments, where roles included Associate General Counsel, Interim Chief Compliance Officer, and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and earned a law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco.
