Kelly Donaldson has extensive experience in professional services and instructional design, currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services at Asset Panda since June 2021. In this role, Kelly scales and develops performance management and continuous improvement programs, overseeing various learning and development initiatives. Prior to Asset Panda, Kelly worked as an Instructional Designer at RB Retail & Service Solutions, developing onboarding programs, and held various instructional roles including tutoring at Elevate K-12 and VIPKid, where innovative teaching strategies were employed. Kelly has also contributed to quality assurance training and management roles across multiple organizations, including project management in construction and land acquisition. Educational qualifications include a PhD in-progress in Instructional Design from Northcentral University, a Master’s degree in Teaching from Chatham University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.
