Nick Tierno has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Nick started their career as a Head Baseball Coach and Trainer at Indoorance Sports Academy from September 2015 to August 2018. In 2017, they joined PHH Mortgage as a Mortgage Consultant, where they sold a range of mortgage products and provided refinance options to clients. From November 2018 to May 2020, they served as the Manager of Business Development at Excel Sports Management, a sports management and marketing agency. There, they represented professional athletes, negotiated contracts, and developed their brand identity. In 2020, they returned to PHH Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Originator, responsible for selling mortgage products and determining the best refinance options for clients. In 2021, they joined Intercontinental Capital Group as a Mortgage Loan Originator, before moving to their current position at Asset Based Lending, LLC in June 2021. At Asset Based Lending, LLC, they have held various roles, including Term Loan Specialist, Assistant Vice President of Term Loans, Vice President of Inside Sales, and currently serves as the Vice President and Head of DSCR.

Nick Tierno completed their education at the University of Delaware from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Prior to this, they attended Rowan College at Gloucester County from 2014 to 2015 and earned an Associate's Degree in Psychology. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in NMLS from PHH Mortgage in August 2017.
