Michelle Wallace, EdD, MSN, RN, currently serves as a Sales Nurse Educator at ATI Nursing Education, a position held since January 2023. With a strong background in nursing education and leadership, Michelle was a Board member for the Pennsylvania League for Nursing from June 2021 to February 2024, advocating for nursing education. Prior roles include Associate Dean of Health Professions and Director of Nursing Programs at Reading Area Community College from January 2020 to January 2023, and ACEN Peer Evaluator from July 2021 to January 2023. Michelle's experience also encompasses leadership as Nursing Program Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment, alongside academic roles as Assistant Professor and Nursing Faculty at Pennsylvania College of Health Sciences from July 2013 to June 2019. An extensive clinical background includes a variety of nursing roles at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from June 1990 to July 2013, specializing in critical care and telemetry. Michelle earned a Doctor of Education degree from Capella University between 2015 and 2019.
