Emily then attended the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Finance.
In addition to their formal education, Emily also obtained two certifications. In January 2020, they completed the Bloomberg Market Concepts Certification from Bloomberg LP. In June 2017, they obtained the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario.
