Brian Sweeney is an accomplished engineering and operations expert with extensive experience across various organizations in the architecture and construction sectors. As the Chief Engineer and Director of Operations at Assembly OSM since November 2019, Brian has excelled in overseeing product delivery operations and developing workflows for digital fabrication. Previous roles include Director of Off-Site Fabrication at SHoP Architects, EVP of Systems Integration at FullStack Modular, and VP of Design & Technical Operations at FC Modular LLC, where notable contributions involved advancing modular building strategies and execution methods. With a foundational background as a founder of db-surfaces and an assistant project manager at Forest City Ratner Companies, Brian holds a Master's in Product Architecture & Engineering Design from Stevens Institute of Technology and a B-Arch in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
