Kenzi Mortensen currently serves as Secretary to the Assistant Principals at Douglas County School District while also working as a Coach for Overtime Athletics, facilitating youth sports education. Additional roles include Area Representative for ASSE International, Inc., where Kenzi recruits host families and supports exchange students. Previous experiences include serving as a Youth Coach and Educational Advocate for SOAR, a stay-at-home parent managing various household responsibilities, and working as a writing coach and academic tutor. Kenzi holds a Bachelor’s degree in University Studies, with a focus on English Language and Literature, from Brigham Young University - Idaho, and possesses certifications in children's literature and an Associate of Arts in English from San Juan College.
