Guillaume Vandystadt possesses extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Group Operations Manager at Assala Energy since October 2017, with previous roles including Projects & Production Operations Manager and Head of Assets Subsurface Development. Prior to Assala Energy, Guillaume held positions at POWELTEC and Perenco, where responsibilities included leading subsurface development teams, performing technical presentations, and overseeing production optimization and reservoir engineering tasks. Early career highlights include project management roles at PSA Peugeot Citroën and CNRS, focusing on logistics and instrumentation development, respectively. Guillaume holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from IFP School and another in Physics, Engineering & Industrial Management from CESI Ecole d'Ingénieurs.
