Freddie Iron is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Corporate Finance Manager and previously as Corporate Finance Consultant at Assala Energy since April 2017. Prior to this, Freddie worked at Tullow Oil from November 2011 to March 2016, where roles included Oil Hedging Analyst and Financial Analyst, with responsibilities encompassing hedge strategy, funding strategy, debt capital structure, and relationships with credit rating agencies and banking syndicates. Notable achievements include the $650 million inaugural high yield corporate bond in November 2013 and the $3.5 billion reserves-based lending facility refinancing in November 2012. Freddie holds a BA (Hons) in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, awarded between 2008 and 2011.
