Astri Mauliawati is an experienced professional in real estate investment and analysis, currently serving as an Analyst at a.s.r. real estate since May 2022, focusing on portfolio management for unlisted real estate funds in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Prior to this role, Astri worked as a Junior Real Estate Investment Consultant at Sweco Capital Consultants, where responsibilities included analyzing unlisted real estate funds and researching the Asia-Pacific market. Earlier experience includes a tenure at AECOM as a Senior Economist, conducting extensive market and feasibility studies, and valuation analyses. Astri also held a strategic role at JLL as a Strategic Consultant Analyst and completed an internship at Knight Frank Indonesia. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in International Real Estate and Planning from UCL and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
