Lance Newman is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in financial planning, analysis, and real estate investment. Currently serving as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at ASRC Industrial since January 2019, Lance collaborates with various stakeholders to develop operating plans and financial budgets. In addition, Lance has been involved in real estate investment and development with Land Capital Group, LLC. Prior roles include Senior Financial Analyst at Soaren Management and Sr. Financial Analyst at BP, where financial analysis for major projects was a key responsibility. Earlier career experiences include financial analysis at Accenture, partnership in Core E-commerce, and serving as a Regional Client Representative at MSTC, along with a history as a Commercial Loan Officer at First National Bank Alaska. Lance holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage and has further education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
