Ted Soliday currently serves as a Senior Manager and Program Manager at ASRC Federal since April 2024. Prior to this role, Ted was a Product and Program Manager in the GenH2 Program Management Office from May 2021 to January 2024 and worked as a Project Manager at Winshuttle from November 2018 to May 2021. From March 2005 to April 2018, Ted held a Program Manager position with the US Department of Homeland Security's Science and Technology Directorate. Ted's career began in the United States Marine Corps, where a Sergeant position was held from March 1989 to November 1996. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Liberty University, Ted previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Business from Liberty University and an Associate of Arts in Acquisition and Contract Management from Strayer University.
