Jenivy Escobar has a range of experience in telecommunications and network engineering. Jenivy currently holds the position of Principal UC Engineer at ASRC Federal, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at NTT as a Consulting Engineer from 2013 to 2022, where they provided consulting services and collaborated with various team members to ensure successful project deployments. Jenivy also worked as a VoIP Network Engineer at Monarch Healthcare / Optum UHG from 2011 to 2013, an IP Telephony Engineer at First American Corporation from 2009 to 2011, and a Telecom Network Analyst at Cox Communications from 2001 to 2009. Jenivy began their career as a Telecom Analyst at Ingram Micro from 1997 to 2001.

Jenivy Escobar holds a B.A. in Communications from UC San Diego. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Decision-Making in High-Stress Situations," "Foundations of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0)," "Improving Your Listening Skills," "Leading and Working in Teams," "Project Leadership," "Genesys Cloud Certified Professional," and "Genesys Certified Associate (GCA) - PureCloud."
