Brooke A. McHansen is a professional with extensive experience in environmental sciences and policy, currently serving as an Adjunct Instructor in Biological Diversity, Ecology, and Evolution at Unity College since August 2020. In addition, Brooke has been a Program Analyst and Legislative Analyst within the NESDIS Science Portfolio at ASRC Federal since February 2020. Prior roles include a Fisheries Policy/Regulatory Analyst at ECS and a Hiring and Business Analyst at Aerotek. From September 2011 to October 2016, Brooke worked as a Program and Management Analyst for the United States Department of Defense. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences & Policy from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from the University of Maryland Global Campus, with a concentration in anthropology. Additionally, Brooke has completed volunteer training in Marine Biology from the National Aquarium's Blended Learning Units.
