Dominique Ozil has extensive experience in leadership and project management, currently serving as Président du Comité Régional ASPTT Nouvelle Aquitaine and Chef de projet at ASPTT Fédération Omnisports since September 2017. Previously, Dominique held the position of Directeur d'Etablissement at Le Groupe La Poste for over 16 years, from January 2001 to September 2017. Dominique's educational background includes a DEA in sciences politiques from Université Lumière Lyon 2, completed between 1985 and 1987, as well as a Maitrise in Droit Privé / Public from Université Grenoble Alpes, earned from 1978 to 1985.
