Ed Heaney is an experienced professional in the utility and construction industry, currently serving as General Foreman at Asplundh Construction since April 2018. Heaney also holds the position of NY811 CGA Regional Partner Co-Chair with New York 811 since March 2019. Previously, Heaney was Regional Director at United States Infrastructure Corporation from May 2015 to March 2017 and held various roles at Premier Utility Services from February 2004 to March 2017, including Director of Field Operations and Sr. Operations Manager. Heaney began their career as a Utility Locator at Locating Companies from August 1992 to February 2004. Ed Heaney pursued education at Pace University from 1992 to 1993.
