Stephane G. has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Stephane currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Aspisafe Solutions Inc. since 2018. Before that, they worked as the Principal Consultant at SG Product Design, starting in 2017. In this role, they provided technical consultation for medical device companies, specializing in product development, manufacturing, project management, and regulatory compliance.

From 2012 to 2017, Stephane was the Vice President of Product Development at Andrew Technologies LLC. During this time, they introduced a novel liposuction technology to the market and enabled an autologous fat grafting solution. The company was a venture-backed start-up operating in the liposuction/aesthetics market.

Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of R&D - Engineering at Caldera Medical from 2008 to 2011. Stephane also redesigned a product to eliminate field failures and customer complaints.

Stephane also worked as the Manager of R&D at GMP Companies from 2003 to 2006, identifying new product opportunities across various medical markets.

Additionally, they were the Project Manager at LifeSync Corporation from 2003 to 2006, where they set up an Asian supply chain for a wireless monitoring product and improved gross margins significantly. Stephane had earlier roles as a Senior R&D Project Engineer at CIBA Vision - NOVARTIS from 1999 to 2003 and at Wesley-Jessen.

Stephane started their career as an R&D Design Engineer at Boston Scientific Corp. from 1997 to 1999, where they contributed to the development of minimally-invasive disposable devices and was awarded 13 patents, with three new products reaching the market.

Stephane G. started their education at CLUNY, where they attended from 1988 to 1990. Stephane completed their PREP SCHOOL MST/MSP degree, with a focus on subjects like Math, Physics, and Technology during this time. Following this, they enrolled at INSA Strasbourg from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued their MS in Plastic Engineering. Their field of study in this program was Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Plastic. Finally, Stephane G. went on to pursue further studies at Syracuse University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained their MS in Chemical Engineering. Their area of specialization was Polymer Science.
