Joni Erkkila is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in healthcare settings. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Aspirus Health since July 2017, Joni has held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner and Clinic Manager. Prior to this, Joni worked at UP Health System - Portage from June 2008 to July 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as conducting wellness education programs. Joni holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Des Moines University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health and Wellness from Northern Michigan University (2004-2008).
