Beth Carlin has a robust background in the mortgage and finance industry, currently serving as a Territory Account Manager at Pumpkin since December 2022. Prior to this role, Beth held multiple positions at Homepoint from October 2020 to September 2022, including Underwriting Support Specialist, Underwriting Assistant, and Loan Coordinator. Additionally, Beth gained valuable experience as a Mortgage Loan Coordinator at Consumer Real Estate Finance Co. from April 2014 to August 2021. Beth is an alumni of The Ohio State University.
