Stefanie Chen is an experienced professional in customer success and marketing, currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at Aspire since October 2021. Previously, Stefanie held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at ipaymy from June 2020 to October 2021, after progressing from Customer Success Manager in the same company. Stefanie's career also includes roles as Sales and Marketing Manager at Shuga, Marketing Executive at CNBC, and Events Consultant at The Events Station Pte. Ltd. between 2013 and 2016. Stefanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University at Buffalo, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
