Ferdy Wong currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Aspire since September 2023. Prior to this role, Ferdy was a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grab from August 2021 to August 2023. Ferdy's earlier experience includes serving as the Regional Consultant for the Consumer Practice in Southeast Asia at Lincoln from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Consumer vertical with a focus on Executive Search, Executive Interim Management, Leadership Advisory, and Career Transition. Ferdy holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and completed GCE 'A' Levels in Science at St Andrew's Junior College.
