Astri Dewayani is an experienced talent acquisition and human resources professional, currently serving as the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager at Aspire since January 2022. In this role, Astri oversees talent acquisition processes across the Asia Pacific region and acts as the employer branding lead in Indonesia. Previous positions include Regional People Partner and various roles at INPEX from 2018 to 2021, where Astri managed full-cycle recruitment and team performance. Astri's earlier career includes roles at ConocoPhillips Indonesia, Bank Commonwealth, and Indomobil Group, focusing on recruitment and human resource development. Academically, Astri holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, both from the University of Indonesia.
