Kristy Notarangelo serves as the Clinical Director at Aspire365 since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading the development of clinical strategies and coordinating patient care. As the Founder and Owner of Sussex CBT since January 2022, Kristy manages a psychotherapy practice, providing therapy for individuals, couples, and families while focusing on evidence-based approaches. Previously, Kristy founded Specialized Behavioral Care, LLC, delivering psychotherapy for various mental health issues from January 2014 to December 2021. Earlier career roles include Vice President of Payer Sales at CIGNA, Continuous Quality Improvement Director, and Clinical Therapist at New York Presbyterian Hospital, among others. Kristy's educational background includes an MBA in Healthcare from Iona University and multiple degrees in Social Work from the University at Albany.
