Kendra Berry has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits counseling and case management. Kendra began their career at Wabash Valley Hospital, where they served as a Case Manager from June 2005 to November 2006, and later as a Follow-Along Case Manager from November 2006 to November 2008. In these roles, Kendra provided support and assistance to individuals with disabilities.
In 2008, Kendra joined Aspire Indiana, Inc. (previously known as BehaviorCorp, Inc.) as a Community Work Incentives Coordinator. Kendra provided benefits counseling, conducted outreach activities, and facilitated Work Incentive Seminar Events. Kendra also played a significant role in the development and dissemination of the first national Work Incentive Seminar Event webinar.
After a brief stint as an Employment Success Advisor at Virginia Commonwealth University from February 2013 to September 2013, Kendra returned to Aspire Indiana, Inc. as a Supervising Community Work Incentives Coordinator with Indiana Works. In this role, they supervised a team of Community Work Incentives Coordinators, conducted chart audits, prepared project reports, and managed the budget.
Throughout their career, Kendra has demonstrated expertise in providing benefits counseling, conducting training sessions, and implementing work incentive programs for individuals with disabilities.
Kendra Berry attended Purdue University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Law and Society.
