Rohit Bhatia has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Rohit is currently serving as the Chief Product Officer at Aspire Impact, where they are responsible for designing and improving their ESG, Sustainability, and Impact assessment products. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at SFI Impact Foundation, where they helped unlock private capital for public good and promote innovative financing and Impact Investments in Education and Skilling. Rohit also held the position of Head of Operations at Aspire Human Capital Management Pvt. Ltd., where they addressed the education and employability gap in India. Rohit has experience in the publishing and education sectors, having served as the Vice President of Business Finance at Macmillan Publishers India Ltd. and as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Shared Services at Aspire Human Capital Mgt Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Rohit was a founding team member of the Great Indian Restaurant Company Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for Finance, IT, Business Development, and Supply Chain. Rohit'swork experience also includes their time at Yum! Restaurants International, where they held the role of Manager Finance / Market Planning.

Rohit Bhatia attended Mount St Mary's School, SRCC from 1974 to 1988, where they obtained a B Com (H) degree in Commerce, Accounts, Maths, and Economics. Rohit then attended Shri Ram College of Commerce from 1988 to 1991, earning a B Com Honours degree in Business/Commerce, with a focus on Tax and Accounting. From 1991 to 1996, they studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, obtaining a CA degree with a specialization in Accounts, Tax, and Company Law. In 2014, they completed a workshop on Teaching with Case Studies at Havard Business School (Program in India). In 2015, they attended Stanford University for an Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship. More recently, in 2022, they enrolled in several online programs including Impact Measurement & Management of the SDGs at Duke University, the Age of Sustainable Development program at Columbia University, Circular Economy: Sustainable Materials management at Lund University, and Sustainability - 101 at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
