Anish Jain's work experience includes founding and serving as the CEO of Aspire, a company dedicated to helping individuals pursue their aspirations. Anish has also worked as a Catalyst & Deep Tech Fellow at On Deck. Prior to that, they were the co-founder and CEO of Swiing, an iOS app for discovering and sharing music. Anish has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Wharton School, where they fell in love with entrepreneurship and innovation. Anish has interned at BM Technologies, Inc. and IBM, where they designed an AI financial advisor and worked as a Data Scientist, respectively. Anish has also worked as a Data Science Consultant at Wharton Analytics Fellows and an Operations Intern at Lendlease. Anish gained teaching experience as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania Engineering and worked as an Estimating Intern at United Air Conditioning.

Anish Jain's education history includes a Master of Science in Engineering, specializing in Data Science, from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that, Anish completed a Bachelor of Science in Engineering at the same university, focusing on Systems Science and Engineering, Engineering Entrepreneurship, and Economics. Anish also obtained a High School Diploma from Baldwin Senior High School between 2011 and 2015. In addition to their formal education, Anish received a Startup School Certification from Y Combinator in August 2020.
