Richard Alonso Lazaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in personal training and community engagement. As the CEO and Certified Personal Trainer at Nemesis Sports Academy since March 2012, Richard specializes in a variety of fitness techniques, including Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics. Parallel to this role, Richard has been a Life Coach and Community Engagement Specialist at Aspiranet since November 2010, focusing on at-risk youth through case management and skill development. Additionally, Richard has served as a Public/Motivational Speaker since January 2009, sharing insights from personal foster care experiences to inspire change among diverse audiences. Richard's career began as a Support Counselor at Quality Foster Care, where support and intervention for at-risk children were primary responsibilities. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from California State University, Fresno.
