At Gusto, Marty worked as an Implementation Consultant, partnering with the sales team to seamlessly implement qualified prospects onto the platform and generating significant revenue. Afterward, they joined Paylocity as an Implementation Consultant II, configuring the company's software to meet clients' specific needs and managing internal teams to ensure timely implementation. Currently, Marty is working at Aspenware as an Implementation Project Manager, where they collaborate with customers to implement and optimize their products to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
