Le Cong is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and quality assurance within the furniture industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Aspenhome since September 2016, Le Cong also holds a position in product development at Four Hands' representative office in Vietnam, where responsibilities include creating CAD drawings and collaborating with designers for project approvals. Previously, Le Cong worked as a Sample Quality Engineer at Ashley Furniture Industries from 2011 to 2014, focusing on communication with design teams, managing sample schedules, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Le Cong earned an Engineerā€™s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Technical Education Ho Chi Minh City, completed in 2011.
