Tyler Foote serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Aspen Custom Trailers since June 2013, overseeing all Accounting and Finance functions while also supervising HR, Legal, Purchasing, and General Administration teams. Tyler has successfully implemented new budgeting and forecasting processes and led the integration of a new Human Capital Management system and an ERP system. Prior to this role, Tyler was the Chief Financial Officer at ATK Oilfield Transportation, where responsibilities included setting up the company during its startup phase and preparing financing proposals. As Financial Controller at Winalta Inc., Tyler played a key role in navigating a complex CCAA filing and ensuring compliance with IFRS and reporting standards. Experience as a Senior Associate at PwC and a Senior Accountant at MNP involved collaboration with various public and private companies across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include a CPA, CA from CPA Canada and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Alberta.
