Lee Elliston currently serves as the COO of Global Claims at Aspen Insurance Group, a position held since January 2022, where responsibility encompasses the development of the Global Operating Strategy for Claims across both Insurance and Reinsurance sectors. Prior to this role, Lee held various positions at the Lloyd's Market Association from July 2013 to January 2022, including Claims Director, overseeing claims strategy and operations, and leading numerous committees focused on claims operations and technology initiatives. Lee's extensive experience in the insurance industry includes prior roles at Catlin, Willis Re, and Marsh, where expertise in claims management and operational leadership has been consistently demonstrated.
