Shawn L McGarvey has extensive experience in operations management within the dental and retail industries. Since 2015, Shawn has served as the Division Vice President of Operations at Aspen Dental, overseeing multi-unit dental operations across 10 Midwestern states and supporting clinicians in practice establishment and growth. Prior to this role, Shawn was the Senior Director of Field Operations from 2008 to 2014, where responsibilities included driving rapid expansion and developing internal talent. Shawn's career at Aspen Dental also included positions as Regional Manager and Practice Sales Operations Manager, focusing on leadership development and operational efficiency. Before joining Aspen Dental, Shawn worked as a District Manager at Dollar General from 1994 to 2008, managing multi-unit retail operations in the Iowa market.
