Greg Meyers

VP Contact Center Operations at Aspen Dental

Greg Meyers has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Greg is currently serving as the VP of Contact Center Operations at Aspen Dental since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Terminix from April 2018 to September 2022, where they held the role of Sr. Director of Customer Success. In this position, they led a large virtual team, oversaw day-to-day operations, and implemented strategies to expand the user base and improve customer retention. Before Terminix, Greg Meyers worked at Nationwide Insurance for several positions, including Director of Transformation from August 2012 to April 2018. In this role, they centralized systems and processes, led a cross-functional team, and achieved significant cost savings. Greg also served as a Call Center Leader from October 2009 to August 2012, where they scaled the site, implemented virtual communication platforms, and grew the user base. Greg Meyers began their career at Nationwide Insurance as a Call Center Representative in December 2002 and gradually advanced to roles such as Quality & Training Leader and Call Center Supervisor.

Greg Meyers holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University, which was obtained in the years 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from West Texas A&M University, from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, Greg has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include a Stanford Advanced Project Manager certification from Stanford University, obtained in July 2015; a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from MoreSteam.com LLC, obtained in September 2013; and a Change Management certification from Prosci, obtained in April 2010.
