Ray Kusuma is a Senior Technical Engineer at Aspen Aerogels, having started in April 2023. Prior to this role, Ray spent nearly nine years at Schlumberger, where positions included Team Leader in Geomechanics and Reservoir Fluid Analysis Engineer, demonstrating expertise in geological structures, fluid characterization, and equipment maintenance. Additionally, Ray conducted laboratory experiments related to flow assurance and provided consultative support to clients, showcasing strong problem-solving and technical skills. Ray holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from McGill University, obtained in 2014.
