Mrs. Rusudan Kharabadze is a seasoned professional in business development and microfinance, with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager and Consultant at ASPEKT since February 2017, Mrs. Kharabadze has previously held prominent positions such as COO at JSC "Credit Plus" MFI, Director of Vision Funds in Kosovo and Albania, and CEO for World Vision's operations in post-war Kosovo. Mrs. Kharabadze’s expertise encompasses operational management, strategy development, and capital acquisition, alongside a strong focus on economic recovery initiatives in humanitarian contexts. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Economics and advanced degrees in language and literature from various prestigious institutions.
