Maxim Gelinas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and engineering roles. Since January 1997, Maxim has served as Chief Executive Officer and previously held positions such as Vice President Operations and Engineer at Aspasie. In addition to this role, Maxim has been Chairman of the Board at ADN communication since December 2015 and was General Manager at Plastifil from September 1998 to September 2018. From 2011 to January 2017, Maxim served as President of the Board of Directors at Innovation et Développement économique Trois-Rivières, contributing to local economic development initiatives. Maxim holds an Engineering Baccalaureate in Industrial Engineering from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières, a Plastics Engineering Certificate from Université Laval, and completed the International Baccalaureate at Collège Laflèche. Further education includes training at École d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce from 2014 to 2016.
