Pradeep Kumar Kelembath has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1986 as a Draughtsman at Anand Lescuyer Polymers (P) Ltd. Pradeep Kumar then worked as a Development Officer at Assosiated Rubber Industries Limited from 1988 to 1992. From 1992 to 2004, they were a Design Engineer at Acrysil Ltd. Pradeep Kumar then joined Mayur Industries Limited in 2004 as a Development Manager and worked there until 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Head Design and Development at ASP Sealing Products Ltd. since December 2012.

Pradeep Kumar Kelembath attended Koodali High School in Koodali from 1975 to 1980, where they focused on studying Mechanical Engineering as a Draughts Man.
