Kiran Uppal

Kiran Uppal is an experienced professional in customer experience management and digital care, currently serving as the Head of Digital Care at ASOS.com since May 2021, after holding the position of Senior Digital Care Programme Manager. Prior to this, Kiran held several roles at Michael Kors from 2012 to 2020, culminating in the role of Director, Customer Experience - EMEA, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end omni customer experience and overseeing store order fulfillment. Kiran began the career as a Sales Consultant at Gucci Group Luxury Goods from 2009 to 2012, achieving significant sales success, and previously served as Department Manager at Selfridges from 2003 to 2009. Kiran holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
