Shiela Jane Refugio is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in performance management and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Performance Management Officer at Asnan Tower since September 2018, Shiela has previously held managerial roles at McDonald's Philippines from October 2015 to January 2018 and worked as a Marketing Assistant at SM Supermalls from June 2014 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Shiela gained valuable experience in various sales marketing positions at McDonald's Philippines from April 2011 to May 2014. Shiela holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Comteq Computer and Business College, completed in 2014.
