Michael Kochanski is an accomplished Principal Software Architect at ASML since March 2008, where full technical ownership of software for subsystems is a primary responsibility. This includes translating initial functional requirements into detailed software design and test requirements. Previously, Michael served as a Senior Design Engineer and a Design Engineer, leading subsystem projects and developing C/C++ embedded software for device drivers and applications. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Welch Allyn and a co-op position at Xerox. Michael holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, completed in 2007.
