Marijke Ernest serves as the ESG Project Lead at ASML since July 2024, following a tenure as ESG Manager and ESG Coordinator at MegaGroup from September 2021 to June 2024. Previously, Marijke held the position of Project Officer at WaterStarters from September 2021 to June 2024 and worked as a Project Advisor at Tauw Nederland from December 2020 to September 2021. Marijke's experience also includes roles as HSE Coordinator, HSE Support, and Office Sales Support at Vandersanden between June 2015 and December 2020, as well as a Graduation Intern in Marketing and Communication at HEMA for a brief period in 2014. Marijke began professional experience as an Intern in Marketing at Mhani Gingi in 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences from Open Universiteit earned in 2023, a Minor in International Entrepreneurship from Avans University of Applied Sciences in 2013, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Languages from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2015, with additional studies through an Erasmus Program at Universidad de Valladolid in 2011.
