Malcolm Humphrey is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in design and technology leadership across various companies. Currently serving as the Design Engineering and Architecture Line Manager at ASML since October 2024, Malcolm previously held pivotal roles, including Vice President and CTO at PLX Inc., where Malcolm directed the Active Optics division, focusing on the integration of MEMs based laser beam steering technology. As a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Reflex Imaging Ltd, Malcolm contributed to innovations in medical devices. Previous positions include developing electronics at Chess Dynamics Ltd, Contract Electronics Engineer at Eaton Corporation, and Electronics Engineer roles at Elekta Ltd, where significant contributions were made to radiotherapy systems. Malcolm holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Surrey.
