Prathap Shanker SHRM CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Prathap most recently worked at ASMGi as a Human Resources Manager starting in March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Erapt as a Senior Human Resources Consultant, starting in October 2019. Prathap also served as an HR Business Partner at the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio from May 2018 to September 2019.

In their earlier years, they held the role of HRBP at Alego Health from 2016 to 2018 and Senior Healthcare Recruiter at Cleveland Clinic from 2015 to 2016. Prathap also gained experience as a Senior HR Manager at DuPont from January 2014 to June 2015.

Prior to their roles in the healthcare and corporate sectors, they worked at ERapt Solutions as an Operations Manager from November 2011 to 2014. Prathap started their career as the Director of HR & Legal at K&M International Inc., where they worked for over 10 years from 2001 to 2011.

Prathap Shanker SHRM CP completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Law School between 1990 and 1995. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued studies in HR at The University of Akron.
