Mohini Pawar - Gaikwad is a Senior Project Lead in Verification and Validation at ASM Technologies Ltd, with experience in deploying diagnostic software UAT verification for Volvo After Market Technology since December 2021. Prior to this role, Mohini completed an internship at Volvo Group focusing on system-level hardware and software integration and verification on HIL. With a robust background at Cummins Research and Technology India Ltd., Mohini held various technical and managerial positions, specializing in test technology and data analysis from 2007 to 2020. Earlier career experience includes instrumentation engineering roles at Katraj Dairy and Schriber Dynamix Dairy. Mohini holds an MTech in Electronics and Telecommunication from SIT - Symbiosis Institute of Technology and a BE in Electromechanical Instrumentation and Maintenance Technologies from D.Y. Patil College of Engineering.
