Roi Cohen is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Financial Controller at ASM Maritime since January 2019, Roi has previously held the position of Assistant Controller at ISI - ImageSat International from March 2018 to January 2019. Prior experience includes working as a CPA at KPMG Israel for over three years, specializing in the audit of global public and private companies, particularly in the industrial and high-tech sectors, and mastering IFRS and US-GAAP standards. Roi Cohen holds a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Management from The College of Management Academic Studies.
