Currently serving as Marine Superintendent at ASM Maritime since January 2022, Florin Burcea has been instrumental in ensuring vessel maintenance to high standards while promoting a safety culture aimed at achieving zero accidents. Prior experience includes working as a Marine Safety Consultant at SeaTec, where Florin Burcea conducted incident investigations and developed risk mitigation strategies, as well as a decade-long tenure at SEA-tankers SAS, progressing through roles from Deck Officer to Master, focusing on safe operations and crew training. Florin Burcea holds a Licență în Inginerie from „Mircea cel Batrân” Naval Academy and a Bacalaureat in theoretical physics and mathematics from Liceul "Traian" Constanta.
