Vamsi Paruchuri has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Vice President in the Office of CTO and Technical Marketing and Head of Corporate R&D at ASM since May 2017. Prior to ASM, Vamsi held multiple leadership roles at IBM Research from October 2003 to April 2017, including Principal RSM and Senior Manager in Semiconductor Materials and Process Technology Research. Vamsi holds a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Utah, and has also completed the LEAP program at INSEAD. The educational background includes a B.E. in Mechanical Production and Industrial Engineering from GITAM College of Engineering.
