Ryan Liebengood possesses extensive experience in intellectual property, licensing, and legal affairs, with a current role as Corporate Director and Global Head of Intellectual Property, Licensing, and Security at ASM since April 2011. Ryan has led global IP strategy, litigation, and monetization efforts for a high-tech semiconductor capital equipment company. Notable achievements include securing a $115 million global IP settlement and managing significant international patent portfolios. Previous roles include General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Titan3 Technology LLC and General Counsel at Taymac Corp, where Ryan addressed a variety of legal matters, drafted and prosecuted patent applications, and guided corporate compliance programs. Ryan holds a JD from Northern Kentucky University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University.
