Daniel Kusmanto is an experienced leader in digital HR and people analytics, currently serving as Director of Digital HR & People Analytics at ASM since May 2017. In this role, Daniel oversees the implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance people management, including the development of analytics infrastructure and the deployment of People Management dashboards. Previous positions include Head of People Analytics and Global HR Operations at ASM, and an Analytics Subject Matter Expert at OCBC Bank. Daniel has a strong background in HR data analytics and project management, having been part of the Regional HR Governance Team at Micron Technology. Daniel holds a Data Science Certificate from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
