Anissa Vincenti is a seasoned professional in leadership, talent, and culture management, currently serving as the Global Head of Leadership, Talent & Culture at ASM since January 2024. Previously, Anissa held the position of Global Head of Talent & Culture at COFRA Holding AG from January 2020. With significant experience at Signify and Philips Lighting in various leadership roles focusing on integrated talent management and organizational development, Anissa has effectively led transformative talent strategies, particularly during the Philips separation process. Anissa's career began at Shell, where various senior consulting roles were undertaken, specializing in leadership development and organizational effectiveness. Anissa's educational background includes a Doctor of Law from Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, alongside multiple degrees in international relations and business from distinguished institutions. Anissa is currently furthering education at IMD and The Wharton School.
